Election Commission के voter services forms dashboard में नए voter registration के लिए Form 6 और shifting, correction, EPIC replacement अथवा PwD marking के लिए Form 8 का परिचय दिया गया है।

Form चुनने से पहले अपनी जरूरत स्पष्ट करें। पहली बार registration और पहले से मौजूद entry में बदलाव समान आवेदन नहीं हैं। अपने नाम और पहचान के current records का मिलान करें तथा जो service चाहिए, उसी के instructions पढ़ें।

Application submit करने के बाद reference सुरक्षित रखें। किसी edit का request भेजना और electoral roll में final change दर्ज होना अलग अवस्थाएँ हैं। संबंधित status और official response देखे बिना final approval मानना उचित नहीं होगा।

यह service explainer है, किसी आगामी मतदान तारीख या चुनाव परिणाम की खबर नहीं। Eligibility, accepted documents और process के लिए commission की current instructions लागू होंगी। किसी व्यक्ति का registration या political preference यहां प्रकाशित नहीं किया गया है।
